In Lyons…
Richard Allen
Hargett, of Lyons, was arrested on August 24 and charged with DUI.08 or more, Impeding Flow of Traffic.
In Toombs County…

Regina Busbee, of
Vidalia, was arrested on August 24 and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Marijuana <1oz., Possession of Drug Related Objects.
Joshua Albert
Monroe, of Vidalia, was arrested on August 24 and charged with Fleeing/Attempting to Elude, Failure to Stop at Stop Sign, Driving on Wrong Side of Road, Open Container, Improper Use of Tag, Speeding, Reckless Driving, Failure to Wear Seatbelt.
In Vidalia…
Joshua Albert
Monroe, of Vidalia, was arrested on August 24 and charged with False Report of a Crime (State Warrant).
Robert Chance
Powell, of Ailey, was arrested on August 25 and charged with Theft by Taking Motor Vehicle.
Alesia Vantalice
Marshall, of Vidalia, was arrested on August 28 and charged with Discharging Firearm in City Limits, Carrying Concealed Weapon, Reckless Conduct (State Warrant).
William P. Moulton,
of Vidalia, was arrested on August 28 and charged with DUI-1st Offense, Open Container, Possession of Marijuana Less Than Ounce.
Alfonzo Walker, of
Lyons, was arrested on August 29 and charged with DUI-2nd Offense/ Improper, Illegal Parking.
Nathaniel Collins
III, of Vidalia, was arrested on August 31 and charged with Driving While License Suspended or Revoked (First).
