Mrs. Hazel Calhoun

Mrs. Hazel Dixon Calhoun Coddington died on October 20, 2020, in Bradenton FL.

Mrs. Coddington was born in Aimwell, GA, and grew up and lived her early years in Lyons and Vidalia. She moved to Bradenton with her family in 1970. She was a lifelong member of the Daughters of the King order of the Episcopal Church. She was preceded in death by her husband of 34 years, Sanford Calhoun; her second husband, Bernard Coddington; 1 sister, Geraldine Griffin; and her parents, Hoke and Ruthie Dixon.

Survivors include 2 children, Sandra Brawner (Tony) and Sonny Calhoun (Marilyn), both of Bradenton; 4 grandchildren, Felton Brawner, Jesse Brawner, Andy Calhoun, and Molly Calhoun; 4 great-grandchildren, Kyle Brawner, Michael Brawner, Joshua Brawner, and Shannon Calhoun; and 1 great-greatgrandchild, Atlas Brawner.
