Eagles Win Over Dublin

The Montgomery County High School soccer teams faced off with the Fighting Irish of Dublin last week and split their games.

Girls

The girls game was a very evenly matched contest with just one goal being scored the entire game. Unfortunately the lone goal came from the Lady Irish in the second half of the game to give them the 1-0 win over the Lady Eagles.

Boys

In the boys matchup the Eagles found the back of the net one time in the first half of the game to take the 1-0 lead into halftime. In the second half Dublin added a goal as did MCHS giving the Eagles the 2-1 win over the Irish. The MCHS girls are now 5-5 overall and 3-5 in the Region while the boys are 2-6 and 1-3 in the Region.
