These are the reported arrests from the Toombs County Sheriff’s Office, the Vidalia and Lyons police departments, and the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office for the past week. Incidents are taken directly from police files. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
In Lyons…
Richard Leon ard Bargeron, Jr., of Lyons, was arrested on April 19 and charged with Headlight Requirements, Fleeing, Attempting to Elude Arrest, 1st Offense, Willfully Obstruction of Police Officer Simple/Verbal, Improper Use of Center Turn Lane, Failure to Obey Traffic Control Device, Possess Marijuana With Intent to Sell, Distribute, Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Craig Maurice
Madison, of Lyons, was arrested on April 21 and charged with Criminal Trespass, Cruelty to Children.
Christopher
Acero, of Lyons, was arrested on April 24 and charged with DUI-Less Safe-Alcohol, Open container.
In Toombs County…
Ashtin Beecher,
of Uvalda, was arrested on April 23 and charged with Probation Violation-Felony.
Mindy Carroll, of Lyons, was arrested on April 21 and charged with Probation Violation-Felony.
Jason Durrence,
of Waynesville, was arrested on April 23 and charged with Probation Violation-Felony.
Kaitlynn Joyner,
of Lyons, was arrested on April 20 and charged with Wireless Telecommunications Device use Prohibited, DUI-Marijuana, Failure to Appear- Misdemeanor, Probation Violation-Felony.
Victor Watkins,
of Carrollton, was arrested on April 23 and charged with Possession of Prohibited Items- Contraband, Trafficking Illegal Drugs (Cocaine, Meth, Heroine, Marijuana), Methamphetamine- Purchase, Possession, Manf, Distribution, Sale, Marijuana-Purchase, Possession, Manf, Distribution, Sale, Probation Violation- Felony.
Kyree Williams,
of Vidalia, was arrested on April 20 and charged with Classes of Licenses, Turning Movements and Required Signals, Criminal Use of an Article with an Altered Identification Mark.
