These are the reported arrests from the Toombs County Sheriff’s Office, the Vidalia and Lyons police departments, and the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office for the past week. Incidents are taken directly from police files. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.

In Lyons…

• Jessica Nicole

Brown, of Vidalia, was arrested on July 29 and charged with Criminal Trespass.

• Joseph Devin

Moore, of Vidalia, was arrested on July 26 and charged with Failure to Maintain Lane, Open Container, DUI-.08 or More.

• Christian Cor ley Reeves, of Soperton, was arrested on July 30 and charged with Noise-Excessive Volume From Car Stereo. Driving While License Suspended or Revoked (First).

• Dustin Henry

Stewart, of Lyons, was arrested on July 30 and charged with Warrant Service.

In Toombs County…

• Pamela Cook,

of Lyons, was arrested on July 25 and charged with Disorderly Conduct.

• Joel Marquez,

of Lyons, was arrested on July 31 and charged with DUI-Alcohol .08 or higher, Criminal Trespass.

• Justin McDan iel, of Cobbtown, was arrested on July 26 and charged with Failure to Appear- Felony.

• Jaelyn Outlaw,

of Ailey, was arrested on July 28 and charged with Speeding in Excess of Maximum Limits, Possession of Drug Related Objects, Marijuana-Purchase, Possession, Manf, Distribution, Sale, Giving False Name, Address or DOB to Officers, TCDC-Out of County Hold, License to be Carried and Exhibited on Demand.

• Lee Polke, of

Savannah, was arrested on July 29 and charged with Probation Violation-Felony.

• Terry Ware, of

Vidalia, was arrested on July 26 and charged with Open Container-Alcoholic Beverage-Passenger, Obstruction- Police Offense, Possession of Marijuana < 1 oz, SCH II Controlled Substance- Purchase, Possession, Manf, Distribution, Sale, Stop Signs and Yield Signs, Speed Restrictions Basic Rules, Safety Belts, Required Usage, DUI/Alcohol/Less Safe.

• Travion Wil liams, of Vidalia, was arrested on July 27 and charged with Probation Violation- Felony, Aggravated Assault.

In Montgomery County…

JaQuan Collins, of Mount Vernon, was arrested on July 27 and charged with Felony Probation Violation (2 Counts).

• Robert Bryant

Powell, of Mount Vernon, was arrested on July 29 and charged with Speeding, Open Container, Driving w/Suspended License, Possession of Cocaine w/Intent to Distribute.

• Dameon

Jaquan Thomas, of Vidalia, was arrested on July 29 and charged with Possession of firearm During Commission of Crime, 1st Degree Home Invasion, Aggravated Assault, Armed Robbery.

• Ma De Jesus

Plascencia, of Swainsboro, was arrested on August 1 and charged with Failure to Maintain Lane, DUI.

Branch, of Glennville, was arrested on July 26 and charged with Driving while License Suspended.

Latisha Hunt, of Vidalia, was arrested on July 26 and charged with Possession of Marijuana.

Corouthers, of Vidalia, was arrested on July 27 and charged with Giving False Information / Warrant Served.

• Isaac Lee Tol bert, of Vidalia, was arrested on July 27 and charged with Giving False Information / Possession of Controlled Substance / Possession of Drug Related Objects / Warrant Served.

Harris, of Vidalia, was arrested on July 31 and charged with Pedestrian in Roadway Obstructing Traffic / Simple Obstruction of Officer.

Sumner, of Vidalia, was arrested on August 1 and charged with Warrant Served (Appling County).

• Leroy Single ton, of Vidalia, was arrested on August 1 and charged with Disorderly Conduct.

Gaffney, of Collins, was arrested on August 1 and charged with Criminal Trespass.
