These are the reported arrests from the Toombs County Sheriff’s Office, the Vidalia and Lyons police departments, and the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office for the past week. Incidents are taken directly from police files. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.

In Lyons…

• Matthew

Charles Darden, of Lyons, was arrested on August 8 and charged with Disorderly Conduct.

• Peggy A. Lan daverde, of Wadley, was arrested on August 9 and charged with Failure to Maintain Lane, DUI .08 or More.

In Toombs County…

• Edward Carter,

of Baxley, was arrested on August 2 and charged with Failure to Appear.

• Jaquan Collier,

of Vidalia, was arrested on August 5 and charged with Use of communications facilities to violate provisions prohibited, Marijuana- Purchase, Posses sion, Manf, Distribu-

tion, Sale, Possession

of Firearm or Knife During Certain Crimes, Crossing of guard lines with weapons, intoxicants, or drugs without consent of warden or superintendent, Violation of Oath by Public Offi cer.

• Viola Co routhers, of Vidalia, was arrested on August 6 and charged with DUI/Alcohol/ Less Safe, Obstruct- ing Police Officer.

• William Crowe, of Lyons, was arrested on August 4 and charged with Methamphetamine- Purchase, Posses sion, Manf, Distribution, Sale, Theft by Taking, Burglary-1st degree, Probation

Violation-Felony.

• Deborah

Farmer, of Lyons, was arrested on August 4 and charged with Theft by Taking, Burglary- 1st degree.

• Brandon Herb,

of Statesboro, was arrested on August 4 and charged with DUI/Alcohol/Less Safe, Safety Belts, Required Usage, Fail ure to Maintain Lane.

• Kelman

Mathews, of Lyons, was arrested on August 2 and charged with Revoked Bond-Violation Bond Conditions.

• Joseph Pinck ney, of Vidalia, was arrested on August 3 and charged with Possession of Mari juana < 1 oz, DUI/Alcohol/ Less Safe, Failure to Maintain Lane.

• Cari Poole, of

Lyons, was arrested on August 6 and

charged with Proba tion Violation-Felony.

• Kevin Woods, of

Vidalia, was arrested on August 6 and

charged with Proba tion Violation-Felony.

In Montgomery County…

• Tyler Graeson

Wilson, of Adrian, was arrested on August 2 and charged with Felony Proba tion Violation.

• Jhir Michael

Williams, of Adrian, was arrested on August 3 and charged with Felony Proba tion Violation.

• Elliot Dewayne

Tillman, of Vidalia, was arrested on August 5 and charged with Armed Robbery, 1st Degree Home Invasion, Ag gravated Assault.

• Calen Mariun Johnson, of Vidalia,

was arrested on August 5 and charged with Armed Robbery, 1st Degree Home Invasion, Ag gravated Assault.

• Jamari Christo pher Morris, of Vidalia, was arrested on August 5 and charged with Armed Robbery, 1st Degree Home Invasion, Ag gravated Assault.

• Trudy Elizabeth LaGrone, of Uvalda,

was arrested on August 5 and charged with Sale of Methamphetamine ( 3 Counts).

of Mount Vernon, was arrested on August 6 and charged with DUI, Endanger ing Child Under 14 Years while DUI, Open Container.

• Justin Tre' Dav enport, of Uvalda, was arrested on August 7 and charged with Felony Fleeing/ Attempting to Elude,

Speeding (2 Counts), Reckless Driving, Driving while Unlicensed.

In Vidalia…

of Soperton, was arrested on August 3 and charged with No Insurance / Driving in Violation of a Limited Permit / Ex pired Tag / Improper Display of License Plate.

• Zachary Lee Taylor, of Vidalia, was arrested on August 4 and charged with Possession Of Mari juana.

Loyd Clark, of Vidalia, was arrested on August 4 and charged with Warrant Served (Toombs County).
