“Being a part of Team Georgia and competing at Nationals is just a cool experience.” said team coach, Courtney Allen. Gym owner, Robin Nance continued, “We compete as individual gymnasts and teams all year, each from different areas of the state and country, but at Nationals, all Georgia qualifying gymnasts wear the same leotards and proudly compete on the same team… representing TEAM GEORGIA”. They continued, “Bringing home the medals is definitely one of our goals for the season, but not the main one. Seeing these girls dedicate themselves and completing a full year of gymnastics, becoming stronger physically and mentally, growing as an athlete and a young lady, and watching them realize they really can do anything they set their minds to and are willing to work for… that’s what it’s all about and truly the best feeling ever for a coach”. The team have added 13 new gymnasts: Adley Hall, Avery Montford, Bryalin Cox, Brynn Bell, Dakatoa Register, Hadley Hobbs, Jacey Owens, Kennedy McIntrye, Lilah Riner, Mack Lewis, Payson Wickstrom, Raylee Weinberg, and Vayda Coxwell, and are currently training and preparing for their upcoming season.
