These are the reported arrests from the Toombs County Sheriff’s Office, the Vidalia and Lyons police departments, and the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office for the past week. Incidents are taken directly from police files. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.

In Lyons…

• Mercedes Bes sie Mincey, of Lyons, was arrested on September 6 and charged with DUILess Safe/ Alcohol, Failure to Use Headlights After Dark, When Raining.

• Raheem Davaughn Ford, of Vidalia, was arrested on September 6 and charged with Failure to Maintain Lane, DUI-Less Safe/Alcohol.

In Toombs County…

• James Beck worth, Jr., of Lyons, was arrested on September 3 and charged with Probation Violation-Felony.

• Tito Brown, of Vidalia, was arrested on August 30 and charged with Probation Violation-Felony.

• Charles Cole man, of Vidalia, was arrested on September 2 and charged with Probation Violation- Felony, Simple Battery FVA.

• Pamela Cook, of Vidalia, was arrested on September 1 and charged with Disorderly Conduct.

• Dwan Ford, of Vidalia, was arrested on August 30 and charged with Probation Violation-Felony.

• Johnny Hearn, of Lyons, was arrested on August 31 and charged with Probation Violation-Felony, TCDC-Out of County Hold.

• Arnold Knight, of Vidalia, was arrested on August 31 and charged with Failure to Appear, Probation Violation-Misdemeanor, Obstruction, interference, or hindrance of duties, Aggravated Stalking.

• Daniel Moore, Jr., of Uvalda, was arrested on August 30 and charged with Possession of Drug Related Objects, Controlled Substance- Purchase, Possession, Manf, Distribution, Sale, Marijuana- Purchase, Possession, Manf, Distribution, Sale, Possession of Firearms by Conv Felons and FOProbationers.

• James Oneal, of Higgston, was arrested on September 3 and charged with Stalking, Terroristic Threats/Intimidation/ Acts.

• Daquan Pee ples, of Vidalia, was arrested on September 1 and charged with Probation Violation- Felony.

• Kaiulani Villalo bos, of Dublin, was arrested on September 1 and charged with Making False Repost/Giving False Information.

• Inocente Dykes, of Lyons, was arrested on September 10 and charged with TCDC-Out of State Hold, Possession of Drug Related Objects, Marijuana-Purchase, Possession, Manf, Distribution, Sale, Giving False Name, Address or DOB to Officers, Possession of Firearms by Conv Felons and FOProbationers, Cruelty to Children-3rd Degree, Simple Battery FVA, Probation Violation- Felony.

• Andrew Lillard, of Lyons, was arrested on September 5 and charged with Methamphetamine- Purchase, Possession, Manf, Distribution, Sale, Burglary 2nd Degree, Possession of Firearm or Knife During Certain Crimes, Possession of Drug Related Objects.

• Charles Loper, of Vidalia, was arrested on September 10 and charged with Safety Belts, Required Usage, Driving While License Suspended or Revoked-Misd, Giving False Name, Address or DOB to Officers.

• Amanda Mob ley, of Vidalia, was arrested on September 9 and charged with Probation Violation- Felony.

• Cameron Pend leton, of Macon, was arrested on September 10 and charged with TCDC-Revoked Bond-Violated Bond Conditions.

In Montgomery County…

• Cody Walter Kirkland, of Lyons, was arrested on August 30 and charged with Driving w/Suspended License, Theft by Taking (3 counts), Burglary, Possession of Firearm by Convicted Felon, Theft by Receiving Stolen Property, Felony Probation Violation, Parole Violation.

• Cameron Wayne Chambers, of Uvalda, was arrested on September 2 and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine.

• Hunter Dale Hammock, of Ailey, was arrested on September 3 and charged with Criminal Damage to Property- 2nd.

• William Stewart Campbell, of McRae, was arrested on September 7 and charged with Driving w/Suspended License.

• Jazmin Ty Jones, of Soperton, was arrested on September 10 and charged with Disorderly Conduct.

• James Clay Ogletree, of Uvalda, was arrested on September 11 and charged with Felony Probation Violation (2 counts).

In Vidalia…

• James Marvin Oneal, of Vidalia, was arrested on September 3 and charged with Stalking.

• Leroy Singleton III, of Vidalia, was arrested on September 3 and charged with Disorderly Conduct 2 Counts.

• Harold Stanley Fish III, of Vidalia, was arrested on September 4 and charged with Criminal Trespass / Simple Obstruction.

• Margo Mosley, of Mt Vernon, was arrested on September 5 and charged with Warrant Served (Treutlen County).

• Nina Smith, of Vidalia, was arrested on September 8 and charged with Battery.

• Lonnie Lanier, Jr., of Vidalia, was arrested on September 8 and charged with Criminal Trespass.

• Adam Alexan der Hester, of Vidalia, was arrested on September 9 and charged with Burglary / Theft by Taking Motor Vehicle.

• Jerrad Colt Pfi fer, of Lyons, was arrested on September 9 and charged with Forceful Obstruction / Loitering or Prowling.

• Jose Luis Lara- Montiel, of Vidalia, was arrested on September 11 and charged with DUI (3rd) / Open Container / No Driver’s License / No insurance.
