Thomas Cloud Signs With Missouri Baptist

Toombs County High School football player Thomas Cloud signed his letter of intent to play for the Spartans of Missouri Baptist in Creve Coeur just outside of Saint Louis, Mo. Cloud said, “I am really blessed to be able to further my education and athletic career. I want to thank my coaches, teammates and family who have supported me. I felt really welcomed at Missouri. I really liked the school and the coaching staff.”

His father Phillip Cloud said, “We are very proud of Thomas and he has gotten better every year. He did his work in the classroom and hopefully he will get to play right away. We like his decision to go to Missouri Baptist and this is a great opportunity.”

TCHS Coach Richie Marsh stated, “When we get any young man that wants to move forward, it makes us excited. To see Thomas come this far has been so great. He has such a great work ethic, and these coaches have worked with him and they have got him ready to move on.”
