Chamber Welcomes Newcomers, Bids Farewell to Two Board Members

The Wheeler County Chamber of Commerce recognized two newcomers to the Wheeler County community and said goodbye to two longtime board members during a lunchtime event on January 26.

The Chamber board and membership welcomed new Wheeler Correctional Facility Warden Douglas Williams and new Little Ocmulgee State Park General Manager Brad Smith during a “meet and greet” session. The Chamber also bid farewell to longtime board members Rodney Brooks and Mike Hayes. Their posts are being filled by Dianne Brooks and Tommy Spell.
