These are the reported arrests from the Toombs County Sheriff’s Office, the Vidalia and Lyons police departments, and the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office for the past week. Incidents are taken directly from police files. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
In Lyons…
Jose Antonio Duran Rivera, of Mt. Vernon, was arrested on February 10 and charged wtih Failure to Maintain Lane, Driving While Unlicensed, DUI- Less Safe-Alcohol.
William Austin Lang, of Kinsey, AL, was arrested on February 13 and charged with DUILess Safe-Alcohol.
In Toombs County…
Antonio Gaff ney, of Vidalia, was arrested on February 9 and charged with TCDC-Revoked Bond-Violated Bond Conditions.
Ramon Lara, of Uvalda, was arrested on February 8 and charged with Aggravated Assault.
Jesus Ortiz, of Lyons, was arrested on February 11 and charged with Failure to Appear.
Anthony Taylor, of Lyons, was arrested on February 12 and charged with Probation Violation-Felony.
Christopher Young, of Statesboro, was arrested on February 7 and charged with Theft by Taking.
In Montgomery County…
Tamyjah Ber nice Hatten, of Ailey, was arrested on February 7 and charged with Forgery-3rd.
Ryan Jackson Salomon, of Mount Vernon, was arrested on February 9 and charged with Orange County, FL, Warrant Served.
James Tyler Hil ton, of Tarrytown, was arrested on February 9 and charged with Failure to Stop at Stop Sign, Driving w/Suspended License.
Marvin Leon Thompson, of Soperton, was arrested on February 10 and charged with Defective Equipment, Driving with Suspended License.
Cardell Russell Sweat, of Lyons, was arrested on February 11 and charged with Felony Probation Violation.

Johnny C. Han nan, of Vidalia, was arrested on February 7 and charged with Driving while License Suspended.
Calvin Bethonia Moore, of Vidalia, was arrested on February 7 and charged with Driving while License Suspended.
Dale Robert Mcgowan, of Vidalia, was arrested on February 8 and charged with Theft by Shoplifting.
James Allen Hunt III, of Lyons, was arrested on February 8 and charged with Possession of Mari- juana.
Jonathan Wayne White, of Dublin, was arrested on February 9 and charged with Giving False Name / Warrant (Dooly Co. / Dublin Police).
Otis Lee Harris, of Lyons, was arrested on February 11 and charged with No Driver’s License / Improper Turn / Seatbelt Violation.
Sarah Courtney Rowe, of Lyons, was arrested on February 12 and charged with DUI Less Safe Drugs / Failure to Maintain Lane.
Rebecca Leigh Bolton, of Vidalia, was arrested on February 13 and charged with Simple Battery.
Destiny Mi chelle Walker, of Uvalda, was arrested on February 13 and charged with Theft by Shoplifting.
