These are the reported arrests from the Toombs County Sheriff’s Office, the Vidalia and Lyons police departments, and the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office for the past week. Incidents are taken directly from police files. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
In Lyons…
Cordell Hull Stalling, of Lyons, was arrested on April 8 and charged with Aggravated Assault; Discharge of Gun, Pistol Near Public Hwy., Street; Possession of a Controlled Substance; Possession of Marijuana Less Than Ounce; Possession of Firearms by Convicted Felon; Possession of Drug Related Objects.
Jose Benito Ro sales, of Cobbtown, was arrested on April 10 and charged with Driving While Unlicensed; Headlight Requirements.
In Toombs County…
Toni Corbin, of Ailey, was arrested on March 30 and charged with Theft by Taking.
William Doug las, of Swainsboro, was arrested on March 31 and charged with Failure to Appear-Felony.
Paul Goff, of Vi dalia, was arrested on April 1 and charged with TCDCOut of County HoldCamden Co. Sheriff.
Roman Massey, of Uvalda, was arrested on March 30 and charged with Simple Battery FVA.
Dana Smith of Collins, was arrested on March 28 and charged with Possession of Drug Related Objects, Methamphetamine- Purchase, Possession, Manf, Distribution, Sale.
Hunter Spillers, of Warner Robins, was arrested on March 28 and charged with Failure to Appear-Misdemeanor, Burglary-1st Degree-1st Offense.
Jeremy Thomp son, of Uvalda, was arrested on March 30 and charged with Theft by Receiving Stolen Property.
William Wel born, of Summerville, SC, was arrested on March 27 and charged with DUI/Alcohol/Less Safe.
Malik Daniel, of Lyons, was arrested on April 5 and charged with Probation Violation- Felony, Aggravated Assault, Kidnapping.
Jeramie Eason, of McDonough, was arrested on April 4 and charged with Probation Violation-Felony.
Tiffany Gay, of Lyons, was arrested on April 6 and charged with Disorderly Conduct- City Ordinance.
Justin McDan iel, of Cobbtown, was arrested on April 6 and charged with Failure to Appear- Felony.
Jarvis Walton, of Vidalia, was arrested on April 4 and charged with Controlled Substance-Purchase, Possession, Manf, Distribution, Sale; Driving While Unlicensed; Aggravated Assault- 3 counts; Possession of Firearms by Conv Felons and FOProbationers-5 counts; Kidnapping.
In Montgomery County…
Latyal Michelle Moye, of Uvalda, was arrested on April 2 and charged with Damage to Property-2nd, Criminal Trespass, Suspended Registration, Driving with Suspended License, Removed License Plate to Falsify Identification, Theft by Receiving Stolen Property, Obstruction of Officer (2 Counts), Possession of Methamphetamine.
Ashtin Brooke Beecher, of Uvalda, was arrested on April 4 and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Related Objects, Cruelty to Children-2nd, Bench Warrant.
Jessica Grace Yawn, of McRae, was arrested on April 7 and charged with Aggravated Assault, Cruelty to Children – 3rd (2 Counts).
Johnny Sim Heggs, of Mount Vernon, was arrested on April 8 and charged with Simple Battery (Family Violence).
Sally Mae Jack son-Stone, of Soperton, was arrested on April 9 and charged with Speeding, Driving with Suspended License.

Alaric Denmark Jones, of Vidalia, was arrested on April 8 and charged with No Insurance / Suspended License.
Austin Franklin Harden, of Vidalia, was arrested on April 8 and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance / Seatbelt Violation.
Devon R. Akins, of Collins, was arrested on April 8 and charged with Driving while License Suspended.
Bobby Lee Akins III, of Adrian, was arrested on April 9 and charged with Warrant Served (Tattnall County).
George Carlos Gardener, of Jonesboro, was arrested on April 9 and charged with Driving while License Suspended.
