Toomer Heading To Wesleyan
Recently at Vidalia High School, Lady Indian Ansleigh Toomer signed a letter of intent for a scholarship to play soccer for the Wesleyan College Wolves in Macon. Toomer said, “I love their campus and the class sizes at the school that really allow the students to focus on studying efficiently. I like how the coaching staff puts a big emphasis on teamwork. I want to thank my parents and my coaches for helping me receive this great opportunity.”
VHS Lady Indians Head Soccer Coach William Harn stated, “I am so proud of what Ansleigh has been able to accomplish. She has put in a lot of hard work in both her academics and athletic career at VHS, and it is paying off for her. She helped in leading our young ladies on the team and showing them what our program is all about.”
