These are the reported arrests from the Toombs County Sheriff’s Office, the Vidalia and Lyons police departments, and the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office for the past week. Incidents are taken directly from police files. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
In Lyons…
Nathan Smith, of Lyons, was arrested on July 11 and charged with Tail Light and Tag Light Requirements, Driving While License Suspended or Revoked (First).
J.B. Gillis, Jr., of Lyons, was arrested on July 12 and charged with Aggravated Stalking.
In Toombs County…
David Carter, of Statesboro, was arrested on July 15 and charged with Probation Violation-Felony.
Juan Gonzalez, of Smithville, NC, was arrested on July 16 and charged with Driving While Unlicensed- 1st Offense.
Lourinza Jor dan, of Union, was arrested on July 15 and charged with Probation Violation- Felony.
Justin King, of Glenwood, was arrested on July 11 and charged with theft by Receiving Stolen Property.
Christie Lukes, of Uvalda, was arrested on July 16 and charged with Illegal Stop/Stand/Park Where Prohibited-1st Offense, DUI/Alcohol/ Less Safe.
Christian Moore, of Vidalia, was arrested on July 11 and charged with Probation Violation-Felony.
Dana Stephens, of Brunswick, was arrested on July 13 and charged with Probation Violation-Felony.
James William son, of Uvalda, was arrested on July 10 and charged with DUI/Alcohol/Under 21 YOA/0.02 Grams or More; License to be Carried and Exhibited on Demand; Safety Belts, Required Usage; Speeding in Excess of Maximum Limits.
In Montgomery County…
Amier Hunter Trobridge, of Lyons, was arrested on June 27 and charged with Bondsman Off Bond.
Jessica Denise Carter, of Hazlehurst, was arrested on July 1 and charged with Failure to Maintain Lane, Holding Wireless Telecommunications Device, DUI.
Michael Timo thy Davis, of Ailey, was arrested on July 2 and charged with Criminal Trespass (Family Violence).
Bequinik Mi trone Smiley, of Vidalia, was arrested on July 2 and charged with Public Drunkenness, Obstruction of Officer (2 Counts).
Derrick A. Walker, of Lyons, was arrested on July 3 and charged with Windshield Requirement Violation, DUI, Driving with Suspended License.
Christopher Al exander Gillis, of Mount Vernon, was arrested on July 6 and charged with Cruelty to Animals, Obstruction of Officer.
Barry Gene Burch, of Uvalda, was arrested on July 7 and charged with Aggravated Assault/ Family Violence (6 Counts), Criminal Damage to Property- 1st.
Irene Walters Jones, of Dublin, was arrested on July 9 and charged with Failure to Maintain Lane, DUI.
Justin Eugene King, of Glenwood, was arrested on July 11 and charged with Driving Without License, Cancelled Registration.
Summer Lynn Ramsey, of Uvalda, was arrested on July 12 and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Distribute, Possession of Heroin with Intent to Distribute, Possession of Firearm During Commission of Crime, Cruelty to Children-3rd.
Sandra Willene Walker, of Uvalda, was arrested on July 12 and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Distribute, Possession of Controlled Substance (Hydrocodine), Possession of Controlled Substance (Suboxone), Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Distribute, Possession of Heroin with Intent to Distribute, Possession of Firearm during Commission of Crime, Cruelty to Children-3rd.
