Happy Helpings, Georgia’s Summer Food Service Program, is underway at First African Missionary Baptist Church in Lyons. Now through July 29, meals will be served from 11:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. to all children up to 18 years of age. For more information, call 912-538-8899.

School Bash

The Toombs County Back to School Bash will be held Saturday, July 30, 9-11 a.m., at Southeastern Technical College.

First come, first served.

Students must check in to receive a book bag, school supplies, and a raffle ticket number.
