Montgomery Rec Dept. Holding Fall Sports Signups

The Montgomery County Recreation Department is holding signups for fall sports. Registration will run through August 12. Fall Registration will be held at the Montgomery County Board of Commissioners Office, and at the Montgomery County Elementary and Middle School Offices. There will be no online registration for fall season. Commissioners office is open from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday – Friday. Packets will also be sent home from school.

MCRD will host flag football for ages 4-6 and tackle football for ages 7-12. Cheerleading is open to ages 3-12, soccer is open for ages 3-12, and kickball will have leagues for ages 3-12. Kickball and Soccer will be played on different nights if the child wants to participate in both.

The age control date is September 1, 2022. The fee is $35 per participant. There will be no late registration.

Anyone interested in being considered for coaching must fill out a coaching form and return it to the office before 5:00 p.m. on Friday August 12. Forms will be in packets sent home through school system. MCRD is in need of coaches and volunteers.
