The Franklinia Playhouse’s production of Annie, Jr., will be staged Friday, August 12 at 7 p.m., and on Saturday, August 13, at 2 and 5 p.m., at the Southeastern Technical College auditorium.

Fraud Forum

A Fraud Awareness and Prevention forum sponsored by Altamaha Bank & Trust will be held Tuesday, August 16, at the Vidalia Community Center. The doors open at 8:30 a.m.

Volunteers

Needed

Tri-County Connection is calling for volunteers to pack 500 bookbags on August 18, 9-11 a.m., at the old Wheeler County Elementary School. A Back to School supply giveaway is scheduled for August 20, 9 -11 a.m., in a drivethrough event at the old elementary school.

Wine and Paint

The Pal Theatre is hosting a wine and paint event on August 22, during which participants will be crafting signboards.
