These are the reported arrests from the Toombs County Sheriff’s Office, the Vidalia and Lyons police departments, and the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office for the past week. Incidents are taken directly from police files. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
In Lyons…
Aaron Cole man, of Lyons, was arrested on August 1 and charged with Criminal Damage to Property-2nd Degree.
Dustin Henry Stewart, of Lyons, was arrested on August 5 and charged with DUI-Less Safe-Alcohol.
Constance Mi chele Hawkins, of Lyons, was arrested on August 5 and charged with No Proof of Insurance.
Gary Dale Furr, of Lyons,was arrested on August 6 and charged with Failure to Yield Right of Way-Turning Left, DUI-Less Safe-Drugs.
Charleston D. Victoria, of Vidalia, was arrested on August 8 and charged with Failure to Use Headlights After Dark, When Raining; Driving While License Suspended or Revoked (First); DUI-Less Safe-Drugs; Possess Marijuana With Intent to Sell, Distribute; Possess Firearm, Knife During Commission of, Attempt to Commit Crime.
In Toombs County…
Jackson Gra ham, of Vidalia, was arrested on August 4 and charged with Aggravated Stalking.
Rigoberto Her nandez was arrested on August 6 and charged with Battery- Family Violence (1st Offense), Obstruction, Interference, or Hindrance of Duties.
Marceline Lo pez, of Swainsboro, was arrested on July 31 and charged with Speeding in Excess of Maximum Limits, Driving While License Suspended or Revoked- Misd.
Dale Mc Gowan, of Vidalia, was arrested on August 2 and charged with Probation Violation- Misdemeanor, Failure to Appear-Felony.
James Miles, of Woodbine, was arrested on August 4 and charged with TCDC-Out of County Hold.
In Montgomery County…
Katie Marie Thigpen, of Alamo, was arrested on August 1 and charged with Failure to Register as Sex Offender.
James Earl Hat – ten, of Uvalda, was arrested on August 1 and charged with Obstruction of Officer (2 Counts), Burglary, Criminal Trespass.
Daniel Michael Horne, of Tarrytown, was arrested on August 4 and charged with Theft by Taking (2 Counts).
Patrick Kahn Deen, of Vidalia, was arrested on August 5 and charged with Driving Without License.
Randy Clifton Watson, of Brunswick, was arrested on August 7 and charged with Felony Probation Violation.

Ariel Garcia, of Ludowici, was arrested on August 2 and charged with Theft by Shoplifting.
Brian J. Craw ford, of Vidalia, was arrested on August 3 and charged with Theft by Taking / Giving False Information / Warrant Served (Toombs County).
Harry Keith Dixon, of Vdalia, was arrested on August 3 and charged with Theft by Shoplifting.
Yolanda Sparks, of Mt Vernon, was arrested on August 4 and charged with Theft by Shoplifting.
Richard Donald Tery, of Hazlehurst, was arrested on August 6 and charged with Battery.
