These are the reported arrests from the Toombs County Sheriff’s Office, the Vidalia and Lyons police departments, and the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office for the past week. Incidents are taken directly from police files. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
In Lyons…
The City of Lyons reported no arrests for the week.
In Toombs County…
Joseph Harden, of Lyons, was arrested on September 21 and charged with Probation Violation-Felony.
Duane Heckel, of Uvalda, was arrested on September 19 and charged with Terroristic Threats/Intimidation/ Acts.
James Hunt III, of Lyons, was arrested on September 19 and charged with Possession of Marijuana <1 oz., Possession of Firearms by Conv Felons and FOProbationers.
Hunter Spillers, of Uvalda, was arrested on September 21 and charged with Cruelty to Children-3rd Degree; Simple Battery FVA; Exploitation and intimidation of disabled adults, elder persons, and residents; obstruction of investigation.
Charles Willis, Jr., of Vidalia, was arrested on September 18 and charged with Eff. Jan. 1, 2013-No Insurance; Registration and License of Motor Vehicles, Exceptions; Driving While Unlicensed; Failure to Appear.
In Montgomery County…
Kacey Phillip Emerson, of Glenwood, was arrested on September 16 and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine.
Jaci Emerson, of Mount Vernon, was arrested on September 16 and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine.
Jarvis Otto Tay lor, Jr., of Mount Vernon, was arrested on September 19 and charged with Cruelty to Animals.
Willie James Rogers, of Jacksonville, FL, was arrested on September 20 and charged with Murder, Possession of Firearm During Commission of Crime, Possession of Firearm by Convicted Felon.
Michael Dillan Lowther, of Mount Vernon, was arrested on September 20 and charged with Misdemeanor Probation Violation.
Patrick Corne lius Hunt, Jr., of Mount Vernon, was arrested on September 21 and charged with Armed Robbery.
Chad Edward Coleman, Jr., of Mount Vernon, was arrested on September 22 and charged with Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute.
James Vincent Beecher, of Uvalda, was arrested on September 23 and charged with Criminal Trespass, Felony Probation Violation.
Casie King, of Glenwood, was arrested on September 23 and charged with Simple Battery, Contributing to the Unruliness of a Minor.

Sharabre Johnnea Flowers, of Lyons, was arrested on September 19 and charged with Warrant Served Theft by Shoplifting.
Serena Nicole Edge, of Glenwood, was arrested on September 19 and charged with Driving while License Suspended.
Kendall Lane Wilcox, of Vidalia, was arrested on September 20 and charged with Aggravated Assault / Fleeing and Eluding.
Kerrie Cheri Thigpen, of Collins, was arrested on September 21 and charged with DUI / Open Container.
Bradley Lane, of Vidalia, was arrested on September 23 and charged with Possession of Marijuana / Possession of Controlled Substance / Aggravated Battery / Criminal Trespass.
Randolph John son, Jr., of Lyons, was arrested on September 25 and charged with Warrant Served Forgery 2 counts.
