Christmas Lights—

Cedar Crossing Christmas Parade—

Towns Bluff Park and Heritage Center in Hazlehurst will have “Lights on the River,” a festive walk or drive through Christmas light display along the banks of the Altamaha, from November 26 to December 31, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. each evening.

Everyone is invited to attend, and they ask for a donation of canned food items to benefit the community food bank.

Christmas in the City—

The City of Alamo will stage its annual Christmas in the City on Saturday, December 3, in the city flower garden, starting at 2 p.m. A Christmas parade will be held downtown at 6 p.m.

Christmas in Dixie—

Higgston will stage its annual Christmas in Dixie event beside Wholesale Customs on James Street, December 3 from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. The event includes a car show (entry fee one toy for Toys for Tots), live music, car show, vendors, kids activities, and more.

Mount Vernon Christmas Parade—

Mount Vernon will hold its annual Christmas Parade on December 10 at 4 p.m. The theme is 'Old Time Christmas.”
