Snowman Chicken Salad Dip

3 cups cooked & shredded Chicken 4 ounces Cream Cheese (room temp) ½ cup Mayonnaise ½ cup Sour Cream ¼ cup Sweet Pickle Relish 1 teaspoon fresh Lemon Juice ¾ teaspoon Pepper ½ teaspoon Salt 1 Baby Carrot 7 Whole Black Olives Red & Green Bell Peppers (cut into sections) Crackers (for serving) In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, sweet pickle relish, lemon juice, pepper and salt.

Stir ingredients until combined, then place in the fridge to chill.

Once the chicken salad has firmed up in the fridge, remove and add the dip to a festive plate, then shape into a circle.

Place a baby carrot in the center for a nose, then add black olives for the eyes and mouth.

Place the bell peppers under the head to make a scarf. Add crackers around the head of the snowman, then serve.
