The Four Rivers Patriots Chapter, Georgia Society Sons of the American Revolution held its monthly meeting on Thursday night, January 19, 2023, at the Chatters Restaurant in Lyons at 6:00. With President George King presiding, there were 14 in attendance including guests.

President King installed the newest member, Compatriot Ron Hall. The program for the evening was presented by the Swainsboro Wiregrass Chapter President Wilder Smith, Jr. His presentation was on 'The Battle at Widow Moore's Creek Bridge'.
