Special Service—

Better Together Christian Community Church, 202 Church St., Mt. Vernon, will have a Reaping of the Harvest Service on Sunday, March 19, at 2:00 p.m. The guest speaker will be Rev. Willie Edwards, Pastor of New Vision Missionary Baptist Church in Vidalia.

Gospel Sing—

Rocky Creek Baptist Church, 2298 Johnson Corner Rd., Lyons, will have a Gospel Sing on Saturday, March 25, at 7:00 p.m., featuring The Kramer Family. Admission is free.

Easter Egg Hunt—

A Community Easter Egg Hunt will be held on April 1, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., in Higgston City Park, 101 Azalea Dr., Higgston. The event is free and open to all kids ages 0-12, with 3 divisions, 0-3, 4-8, and 9-12. Drawings will be held, and each division will have a cash prize egg.
