The Lyons Lions Club Student of the Month program recognizes deserving students for their “Dedication, Commitment and Service to Others” and is sponsored by Peoples Bank. For the month of April, the awards were presented to Carston Tapley of Robert Toombs Christian Academy and Jazmin Dasher of Toombs County High School.

Lyons Donates Car to Gardens of Hope
AIDING IN RECOVERY – The Lyons City Council agreed to donate a surplussed 2014 Chevrolet Impala to Gardens of Hope Recovery Community Organization to help in transporting individuals in recovery.
