Nacho & Cherry Tomato Flag Dip
4 cups halved & quartered Cherry Tomatoes (around 3 (12-ounce) containers) ½ cup diced Jalapenos (around 4 medium) ½ cup diced Red Onion 3 Tablespoons fresh chopped Cilantro 2 Tablespoons fresh Lime Juice ½ teaspoon Garlic Salt Blue Corn Tortilla Chips Plain Tortilla Chips Sour Cream In a large mixing bowl, combine the halved and quartered cherry tomatoes, diced jalapenos, diced red onion, chopped cilantro, lime juice and garlic salt. Stir together, then set aside. In a large rectangular dish or sheet pan, arrange the blue corn chips at the top left corner, then make 3 rows of plain tortilla chips making sure to leave space for 2 rows in between them. Just before serving, add the cherry tomato dip in the 2 rows and then pipe 9 stars of sour cream on the blue corn chips. Serve immediately.
