These are the reported arrests from the Toombs County Sheriff’s Office, the Vidalia and Lyons police departments, and the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office for the past week. Incidents are taken directly from police files. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
In Lyons…
Christina Nich ole Jackson, of Lyons, was arrested on August 25 and charged with Theft by Receiving Stolen Property.
David Santiago Lopez Lopez, of Doral, FL, was arrested on August 27 and charged with Driving While Unlicensed, Speeding 15 to 24.
Jay Rhett Ever ett, of Lyons, was arrested on August 27 and charged with Operate Motor Vehicle With No Tags, No Proof of Insurance.
Bobby Norman Rewis, of Lyons, was arrested on August 24 and charged with Family Violence Provision Simple Battery, Willfully Obstruction of Police Officer Severe/ Forceful.
Adam Jerreday Bailey, of Lyons, was arrested on August 25 and charged with Fleeing Attempting to Elude Felony, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Related Objects.
Juan Silva Ro driguez, of Metter, was arrested on August 26 and charged with Headlight Requirements, Driving While License Suspended or Revoked (First).
Carlos Damon Andrews, of Lumber City, was arrested on August 28 and charged with Driving While License Suspended or Revoked (First), Possession of Marijuana-Less than Ounce, Expired Tag, No Insurance 1st.
