Glenwood Man Charged in Shooting
The Georgia Bureau of Investigation has arrested Paul Dixon, 68, of Glenwood and charged him with one count of aggravated assault following an incident on October 21 in which one person was shot. Dixon was booked into the Wheeler County Jail, posted a $20,000 bond, and has been released pending his first appearance in court.

tween two brothers at Clark’s Bluff. The Wheeler County Sheriff’s Department was first on the scene at 5:30 p.m. and requested assistance from the GBI at 6:30 p.m. Both brothers required medical treatment. The GBI has not released the name of the second victim.
