Memorial Health Meadows Hospital invites all individuals who are caring for chronic wounds to learn more about available treatments at the Wound Care Seminar on Thursday, November 16, at 5:30 p.m.

According to the hospital, millions of Americans currently live with nonhealing wounds, which usually require special care. In fact, the medical staff advises that any wound that has not started to heal within 2 weeks, or has not completely healed in 6 weeks, will likely benefit from advanced wound care treatment.

This seminar exists to serve these individuals, as Advanced Wound Care Specialist John Spence, MD, and Program Director Eric Carney, DPT, will discuss in-depth information about chronic wounds and available treatments. If planning to attend, individuals are asked to register by calling (912) 584-6240, or visiting the online webpage at MemorialHealthMeadows. com/Wound.
