These are the reported arrests from the Toombs County Sheriff’s Office, the Vidalia and Lyons police departments, and the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office for the past week. Incidents are taken directly from police files. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
In Lyons…
Linda Diane Rewis, of Lyons, was arrested on November 27 and charged with Exploitation and Intimidation of Disabled Adults, Elder Persons, and Residents.
Charles Ellis Nail II, of Lyons, was arrested on November 27 and charged with Warrant Service.
David Allen An derson, of Lyons, was arrested on December 3 and charged with Warrant Service.
Julius Felton Simpson, of Vidalia, was arrested on December 3 and charged with Possession of Methamphetamines, Possession of Drug Related Objects, Operating a Vehicle While Registration is Suspended.
Duane Ottis Heckel, of Uvalda, was arrested on December 3 and charged with Possession of Drug Related Objects, Possession of Methamphetamines.

Jason Beasley, of Lyons, was arrested on November 28 and charged with Failure to Appear- Felony.
Bryan Conrad, of Vidalia, was arrested on November 27 and charged with Cruelty to Children-3rd Degree, Battery-Family Violence (1st Offense), Parole Violation.
Patrick Davis, of McRae, was arrested on November 27 and charged with Theft by Deception.
Cristobal Men dez, of Vidalia, was arrested on December 1 and charged with Driving While License Suspended or Revoked-Misd, DUI/ Alcohol/Less Safe, Failure to AppearMisdemeanor.
Jay Mitchell, of Lyons, was arrested on December 1 and charged with DUI/Alcohol/ Less Safe, Open Container-Alcoholic Beverage-Passenger.
Brandon Dur den, of Lyons, was arrested on December 2 and charged with Speeding in Excess of Maximum Limits. DUI/Alcohol/ Less Safe.
Alex Halligan, of Vidalia, was arrested on November 30 and charged with No Seat Belt, No Insurance, Driving While License Suspended or Revoked-Misd.
Anthony Joyce, of Jonesboro, was arrested on November 27 and charged with Probation Violation- Felony.
Jamie King, of Blackshear, was arrested on November 27 and charged with Probation Violation-Felony.
