These are the reported arrests from the Toombs County Sheriff’s Office, the Vidalia and Lyons police departments, and the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office for the past week. Incidents are taken directly from police files. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
In Lyons…
Kassey Nicole Altman, of Lyons, was arrested on December 12 and charged with Pedestrian in Roadway-Obstructing Traffic, Willfully Obstruction of Police Officer Simple/Verbal.
Justin Lyle Wood, of Metter, was arrested on December 14 and charged with Warrant Service, possession of a Controlled Substance.
Stephen How ard Gilbert, Jr., of Nunez, was arrested on December 14 and charged with Warrant Service, Possession of Methamphetamines, Aggravated Assault on Police Officer, Possession of Drug Related Objects, Willfully Obstruction of Police Officer Severe/Forceful.
Stephanie Dani elle Pittman, of Lyons, was arrested on December 14 and charged with Warrant Service.
Edward Kenyon Wright, of Vidalia, was arrested on December 15 and charged with Failure to Stop at Stop Sign, Driving While Unlicensed, Warrant Service.
Jaime Cruz, Jr., of Lyons, was arrested on December 16 and charged with Georgia Hands Free Law, Possession of Marijuana Less Than Ounce.
Da'Shunta Am had Parker, of Lyons, was arrested on December 16 and charged with Family Violence Provision Battery.
In Toombs County…
Morgan Allen, of Statesboro, was arrested on December 7 and charged with Trafficking Illegal Drugs (Cocaine, Meth, Heroine, Marijuana); Cocaine-Purchase, Possession, Manf, Distribution, Sale; Marijuana-Purchase, Possession, Manf, Distribution, Sale; Theft by Receiving Stolen Property.
Derrick Johnson, of Lyons, was arrested on December 9 and charged with No Passing Zones, Driving While License Suspended or Revoked- Misd.
Clarance Littles, of Cobbtown, was arrested on December 5 and charged with Theft by Taking.
Robert Milton, of Sylvania, was arrested on December 5 and charged with Theft by Conversion, Out of State Hold, Out of County Hold.
Chad Mobley, of Lyons, was arrested on December 6 and charged with Aggravated Sodomy, Aggravated Child Molestation, Child Molestation, Registration of Sex Offenders.
Crystal Oliver, of Collins, was arrested on December 7 and charged with Probation Violation-Misdemeanor.
Jesus Serapio, of Lyons, was arrested on December 9 and charged with Aggravated Assault-FVA.
Richard Simon, of Vidalia, was arrested on December 9 and charged with Aggravated Assault.
Nicholas Ste phens, of Vidalia, was arrested on December 7 and charged with TCDCOut of County Hold, Failure to Appear-Felony, TCDC-No Bond-Previous Case.
James Thomp son, of Vidalia, was arrested on December 8 and charged with Fleeing or Attempting to Elude a Police Officer, No Passing Zones, Failure to Maintain Lane, TCDC-Out of County Hold, Driving While License Suspended or Revoked-Misd, DUI-Endangering Child Under 14 YOA While DUI, DUI-Alcohol 0.08 or Higher.
