UGA Extension to Host Master Cattleman Program

University of Georgia Extension will be hosting the 2024 Southeast Georgia Master Cattleman program on Mondays beginning on January 22. Meetings will be held at the Toombs County Extension Office, located at 300 Bulldog Road in Lyons. Meetings will begin at 6 PM.
The eight-week series will cover a series of topics on beef cattle production, including nutrition, forage management, economics, herd health, reproduction, and more.
In-person registration is $90, which covers a hat, notebook, meals for the first and last meetings only, and snacks for other sessions. A Zoom only option is also available for $20. Participants will receive a Zoom link and no other physical materials.
