These are the reported arrests from the Toombs County Sheriff’s Office, the Vidalia and Lyons police departments, and the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office for the past week. Incidents are taken directly from police files. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.

In Toombs County…
James Den mark, of Uvalda, was arrested on January 17 and charged with Probation Violation-Felony.
Airielle Gomez, of Vidalia, was arrested on January 20 and charged with Marijuana-Purchase, Possession, Manf, Distribution, Sale; Driving While Unlicensed.
Ricardo Guerro, of Vidalia, was arrested on January 16 and charged with Driving While License Suspended or Revoked- Misd.
Christopher Johnson, of Vidalia, was arrested on January 19 and charged with Probation Violation- Felony, TCDCOut of County Hold.
Cody Kirkland, of Lyons, was arrested on January 18 and charged with Probation Violation-Felony.
Salvador Lo pez-Rojas, of Lyons, was arrested on January 18 and charged with Obstruction-Police Offense, Stalking.
Tierica Lovett, of Vidalia, was arrested on January 17 and charged with Probation Violation-Misdemeanor.
Gema Mon tano Maldonado, of Lyons, was arrested on January 19 and charged with Probation Violation-Misdemeanor.
Zekoiya Mont gomery, of Vidalia, was arrested on January 16 and charged with Giving False Name, Address or DOB to Officers; Obstruction of Officers/ Criminal Investigation; Battery; Cruelty to Children-3rd Degree; Criminal Damage to Property-1st Degree; Aggravated Assault; Terroristic Threats/Intimidation/ Acts; Probation Violation- Misdemeanor.
Charles Phillips, of Vidalia, was arrested on January 16 and charged with Failure to Appear-Misdemeanor.
In Montgomery County…
Ashley Marie Conway, of Mount Vernon, was arrested and charged with Terroristic Threats and Acts.
Jordan Alexan der Owens, of Blackshear, was arrested and charged with Felony Probation Violation.
Clinton Wayne Scarboro, Uvalda, was arrested and charged with Speeding, DUI, Endangering a Child Under 14/ yoa while DUI.
In Vidalia…
Bret Davis, of Lyons, was arrested on January 15 and charged with Theft by Shoplifting / Simple Obstruction.
Tahnee Mob ley, of Vidalia, was arrested on January 16 and charged with Cruelty to Children / Simple Battery.
Ashonte Wil liams, of Vidalia, was arrested on January 16 and charged with Cruelty to Children / Battery.
Mary Peebles, of Vidalia, was arrested on January 19 and charged with Cruelty to Animals.
Judy Odom, of Lyons, was arrested on January 20 and charged with Theft by Shoplifting.
Herminio Soto Zuniga, of Vidalia, was arrested on January 21 and charged with DUI / Suspended License.
