These are the reported arrests from the Toombs County Sheriff’s Office, the Vidalia and Lyons police departments, and the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office for the past week. Incidents are taken directly from police files. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
In Lyons…
Brandon Smith, of Lyons, was arrested on January 25 and charged with Disorderly Conduct, Simple Battery.
Tommy Davis, of Lyons, was arrested on January 24 and charged with Disorderly Conduct.
Michael An thony, Jr., of Lyons, was arrested on January 24 and charged with Warrant Service, Willfully Obstruction of Police Officer Simple/ Verbal, Possession of Pistol, Revolver by Person Under 18.

Brendan Bailey, of Vidalia, was arrested on January 25 and charged with Criminal Trespass.
Keith Mckinney, of Vidalia, was arrested on January 25 and charged with Criminal Trespass (2 Counts), Dea Banard, of Reidsville, was arrested on January 26 and charged with Suspended License / Hands Free Violation.
Carlos Morales, of Vidalia, was arrested on January 26 and charged with DUI / Open Container / Expired License.
