TCHS SPRING PLANT SALE APPROACHING -- Toombs County High School students in Mrs. Teel’s horticulture classes have been busy preparing the greenhouse and getting the raised beds ready for spring plugs. The spring plugs will be picked up February 5, and students will begin getting the plants ready for the spring plant sale! TCHS SPRING PLANT SALE APPROACHING -- Toombs County High School students in Mrs. Teel’s horticulture classes have been busy preparing the greenhouse and getting the raised beds ready for spring plugs. The spring plugs will be picked up February 5, and students will begin getting the plants ready for the spring plant sale! Jesse Powell and Adam Caraway, owners of BTI Services of Vidalia, announce the addition of Greg Claxton to their service staff. Jesse said about Greg, “Greg’s experience and work ethic will prove a valuable asset to our company and the customers we serve.” Greg Claxton has 22 years experience in the termite, pest control and moisture control industry. Greg, a native of Montgomery County, and his wife of 35 years, Karen, have one son who is an assistant professor at Georgia College and State University in Milledgeville.
