These are the reported arrests from the Toombs County Sheriff’s Office, the Vidalia and Lyons police departments, and the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office for the past week. Incidents are taken directly from police files. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
In Lyons…
David Ralph Ev ans, of Lyons, was arrested on February 8 and charged with Expired Tag, No Insur-ance 1st.
Deshawn Quynntae Sharpe, of Swainsboro, was arrested on February 6 and charged with Warrant Service.
Annastashia Gaberona Marie Taylor, of Vidalia, was arrested on February 11 and charged with Family Violence Provision Battery, Cruelty to Children.

Lisa Michelle Telfair, of Mount Vernon, was arrested and charged with DUI, Driving Without License on Person, Failure to Stop at Stop Sign, Improper Slowing/Stopping on Roadway, No Brake Lights or Working Turn Signals, Seat Belt Violation, No Insurance, Suspended Registration.
Zachery William Phillips, of Uvalda, was arrested and charged with Possession of Controlled Substance.
Brandario T’Varjaie Montgomery, of Wrightsville, was arrested and charged with Aggravated Child Molestation.
Bryan Douglas Brantley, of Vidalia, was arrested and charged with Battery (FV), Cruelty to Children-3rd, Obstructing or Hindering an Emergency Call.
Justin Lee Ben nett, of Uvalda, was arrested and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Distribute, Possession of Drug Related Objects, Parole Violation.
Samantha Jane Glisson, of Uvalda, was arrested and charged with Trafficking in Methamphetamine, Possession of Heroin, Possession of Firearm by Convicted Felon.
Frederick Fredo Delacruz, of Vidalia, was arrested and charged with Driving with Suspended License, Headlight Requirement.
Justin Kyle Dye, of Sylvania, was arrested and charged with Felony Probation Violation.

Joshua Mck eever, of Vidalia, was arrested on February 8 and charged with Simple Battery / Cruelty to Children.

Maria Bastida, of Reidsville, was arrested on February 9 and charged with No Driver’s License / Hit & Run.
