Montgomery County Grand Jury Presents New Indictments

The Montgomery County Grand Jury met on Monday, February 5, and considered 20 indictments, returning 19 true bills and a single no bill.
The no bill was issued for Ronald Stacey Hughes, who was charged with two counts of aggravated assault and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. After hearing the case and reviewing evidence, grand jurors decided there was not enough information presented to indict Hughes on the charges, and released him from the pending legal issues.
Among the true bill indictments were: Dmontrey Obrien Cave – two counts of child molestation Andrew Charles Lovett – possession of a Schedule II controlled substance; driving under the influence (less safe) (alcohol); speeding Sara Latasha Camp bell – financial transaction card theft; identity fraud; theft by taking Timothy Brian Con ner – obstruction of an officer (felony); two counts of obstruction of an officer (misdemeanor) Timothy Dustin Faulk – possession of methamphetamine; speeding; fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer; driving while license suspended; possession of drug related objects Jahmad K. Locke rape; two counts of aggravated sodomy; two counts of child molestation; false imprisonment Lorenza Todd Breed love – possession of methamphetamine Rodney ScoG Mock and Dillon Michael Lowther – possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute Joni Sue Joyner and Terry Lee McCoy – possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute; possession of a Schedule II controlled substance with intent to distribute Mason Edward Guth rie – cruelty to children in the first degree; battery (family violence); cruelty to children in the third degree Patricia Christine Anderson – possession of methamphetamine; driving under the influence (less safe) (drugs) Adonis T. Murray, Jr. – theft by taking; entering an automobile; giving false information to a law enforcement officer Charles Clayton Clark, Jr. – trafficking in cocaine; possession of marijuana with intent to distribute; possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony; theft by receiving stolen property; possession of a firearm by a convicted felon Christian Herndon Conley and John Alan Kight – criminal damage to property in the second degree; aggravated assault; battery (family violence) Shannon Dale Oli ver – possession of methamphetamine; obstruction of an officer; driving while license suspended; driving on suspended, canceled, or revoked registration; no proof of insurance; possession of drug-related objects Dakoda Christopher Brinkley – obstruction of an officer Rabul Valdez, Jr. burglary in the first degree; theft by taking Ricky BurkeG, Wendy L. King, and Sheila Dawn Riner – possession of methamphetamine; expired tag Kataya Charise Shiv ers – criminal damage to property in the second degree; battery (family violence) These indicted individuals will now enter the usual court process, which includes entering a formal plea to determine whether they will go to a jury trial or sentencing in the future.
Along with these indictments, the Grand Jury also agreed to dispose of the County’s election materials for years 2018 and 2020.
