VHA Runs At Bulloch Aca.

It was a good day for the Vidalia Heritage Academy track and field team last week as they competed at Bulloch Academy. It was the first meet of the season for the Eagles and both the boys and girls teams finished 3rd place overall with many team members placing high on the event leaderboards.

Girls

Lauren Cook came in 1st in both the 100m dash and 100m hurdles, and was 2nd in the long jump. Lydia Horne was3rd in the triple jump, 4th in the 200m dash, and 5th in the 100m dash. And Allegra Martinez took 2nd in the 800m and 5th in the 200m dash.

Boys

Dylan Green finished 1st in the 200m dash and 2nd in both the 100m dash and long jump. Ayden O’Neal came in 1st in the discus and 2nd in the shot put. Dylan Fletcher was 2nd in the 1600m and 4th in the 3200m. Liam Tipps came in 3rd in the 400m, 4th in the 400m, and 4th in the 100m dash. And Gray McNeal was 4th in the discus.
