Mr. Gary Craft

Mr. Gary “Reb” Craft, age 72, of Uvalda, died on Monday, March 25, 2024, at Memorial Health in Savannah.

Mr. Craft lived in Uvalda all of his life, and was a 1969 graduate of Montgomery County High School. He worked for Moses Grass Company for several years, Dick Carroll Construction for 15 years, and was an owner with his 2 brothers in the family business, Triple C Flooring. He was a member of Charlotte Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Wedrell Finn Craft and Ruby Kate Lumley Craft; 2 sisters, Wonell Craft Franklin and Sonja Craft Williams; and 1 brother, Greg Craft.

His family includes 3 brothers, Jrell Craft and wife Barbara of Uvalda, Ronald Craft and wife Tammy of the Center Community, and Shawn Craft of Uvalda; and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service was Wednesday, March 27, at 12:00 noon, at Cedar Crossing Baptist Church, with Pastor Reece Mincey officiating. Burial followed at Moseley Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Archie Graham, David Nee-Smith, Dexter Cason, Cauley Bowen, Fate Carroll, and Jeffery Dopson.
