Wheeler Lifters Take Top Spot

In an outstanding display of strength and skill, the Wheeler County High School Bulldogs Weightlifting Team achieved remarkable success at the recent Peach State Weightlifting Championships held in Louisville at Jefferson County High School. The team's athletes showcased their prowess across various weight classes, securing several top placements and making their mark in the statewide competition.

Results

140 pounds and under weight class – Kaysen Troup (1st place) and Kayden Coats (5th place). 141-150 pound weight class – Juan Delgado (9th place). 171–180 pound weight class Sencear Marks (3rd place). 181-190 pound weight class – LaMarcus Woodard (2nd place). 191-205 pound weight class – Justin Culver (3rd place) and Alvin Ricks (9th place). 226-245 pound weight class Aiden Atchley (5th place). And 246-pound weight class – Jordan Bridges (3rd place).
