The young men from the Paul Anderson Youth Home are set to cover 550 miles on an ambitious route that begins at The PAYH campus in Vidalia, GA.
For nearly two decades, the Paul Anderson Bike Ride has commemorated a foundational moment in the history of the Paul Anderson Youth Home. At its founding in 1961, the late and great former Olympic gold-medal winner, Paul Anderson, decided to ride a bicycle from Vidalia, GA, 1,200 miles to Omaha, NE. His motivation then was the same as the five young men share today: to raise funds and awareness of the mission to give troubled young men a second chance through Christ.
More than 60 years later, PAYH celebrates more than 1,400 lives changed through a process of recovery, restoration, and redemption. These boys honor God through their transformation andachievement. Additionally, riders are sponsored by donors to raise funds for the youth home.
This is a great opportunity to come together with other members of the community and make a difference in continued from page
the lives of those in need. All donations are greatly appreciated and will go towards providing resources for youth in our area. Contributions and support will ensure that these children have access to essential programs and services that they need to reach their full potential. PAYH asks you to join them in changing lives.
