Toombs County Schools Providing Free Summer Meals For Kids

The Toombs County Schools Nutrition Department is providing free breakfast and lunch meals to all kids under age 18 at the Toombs County High School.

On Thursday, June 27, the school will give each child 4 days of meals from 12:30 p.m. until 1:00 p.m. These meals are available for pick-up on a first-come, first-served basis, and are limited to one 4-day supply per child.

Additional meals will be handed out to students on July 8-11 and July 22-25 at the school. Breakfast will be provided from 8:00 a.m. until 8:30 p.m., while lunch will be distributed from 12:00 p.m. until 12:30 p.m.
