The Brewton-Parker College Women’s Soccer program has announced the 2024 schedule ahead of the upcoming campaign for the Lady Barons. Head Coach Phillip Borde enters his third season at the helm of the BPC women’s squad and remains excited about the future of the program.
The Lady Barons are looking to build the program back into conference contention with a small core of returners and a depth of new talent coming to Mount Vernon. BPC opens with a tough challenge right out of the gate, facing Georgia Gwinnett in Mount Vernon on Aug. 20.
'We are excited about the upcoming season and the challenge our schedule provides, God willing,” said Borde. “We play against some very good competition out of conference, and in conference we play against three teams that made it to the final eight of the national tournament.”
“There will be a good number of new faces coming in this fall that are eager to get started and change the direction of the program,” Borde added. “By the grace of God, this soccer season will bring many moments of joy to the athletics department and the college. We can't wait to get started.”
