These are the reported arrests from the Toombs County Sheriff’s Office, the Vidalia and Lyons police departments, and the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office for the past week. Incidents are taken directly from police files. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
In Lyons…

In Toombs County…
Olivia Braddy, of Lyons, was arrested on August 23 and charged with Probation Violation-Felony-2 Counts.
Shyheim Coo per, of Vidalia, was arrested on August 21 and charged with Burglary-1st Degree; Fleeing or Attempting to Elude a Police Officer; Obstructing Police Offense; Possession of Firearms by Conv Felons and FOProbationers; Fleeing or Attempting to Elude a Police Officer For a Felony Offense; Methamphetamine- Purchase, Possession, Manf, Distribution, Sale; Probation Violation- Felony.
John Durden, of Brooklet, was arrested on August 20 and charged with Operating Motor Vehicle While Registration of Such Vehicle is Suspended, Canceled or Revoked; Eff. Jan. 1, 2013-No Insurance; Driving While License Suspended or Revoked-Misd.
Eugene Garner, of Lyons, was arrested on August 24 and charged with Deposit Account Fraud/Bad Checks.
Ashley Harris, of Lyons, was arrested on August 19 and charged with Disorderly Conduct.
Royce Haugh, of Callahan, FL, was arrested on August 19 and charged with Possession of Vehicle w/Altered VIN, No Tag, Speeding in Excess of Maximum Limits, No Passing Zones, Reckless Driving, Failure to Maintain Lane, Stop Signs and Yield Signs, Fleeing or Attempting to Elude a Police Officer.
Jesus Hernan dez-Andino, of Vidalia, was arrested on August 21 and charged with Rape-Strongarm.
Daniel Lumley, of Uvalda, was arrested on August 22 and charged with Probation Violation-Misdemeanor-2 Counts.
James Nunn, of Swainsboro, was arrested on August 21 and charged with Theft by Taking, Failure to Appear-Misdemeanor, TCDCOff Bond, Previous Case.
Walter Padilla- Calix, of Fountain Inn, SC, was arrested on August 21 and charged with Speeding in Excess of Maximum Limits, Driving While Unlicensed.
Sarah Parks, of Alma, was arrested on August 20 and charged with No Seat Belt, Driving While License Suspended or Revoked-Misd.
Abraham Valdivia, of Metter, was arrested on August 24 and charged with Operating Motor Vehicle While Registration of Such Vehicle is Suspended, Canceled or Revoked, Speeding in Excess of Maximum Limits.
Trayvon Wig gins, of Vidalia, was arrested on August 24 and charged with TCDC-Out of County Hold.
Marquis Wright, of Lyons, was arrested on August 20 and charged with Probation Violation-Felony.

Richard Simon, of Lyons, was arrested on August 28 and charged with Battery.
Charles Dole -man, of Vidalia, was arrested on August 28 and charged with Warrant Served ( Swainsboro PD).
Deavious Page, of Vidalia, was arrested on August 29 and charged with Warrant Served (Vidalia Bench Warrant).
Jonathan Lanier, of Vidalia, was arrested on August 29 and charged with Possession of Controlled Substance / Stop Sign Violation / Possession of a Firearm During a Crime.
George Strick land, of Vidalia, was arrested on August 30 and charged with Simple Battery / Disorderly Conduct.
Jazmin Jones, of Soperton, was arrested on August 30 and charged with Theft by Shoplifting.
Victor Lopez, of Vidalia, was arrested on August 30 and charged with No Driver’s License / Failure to Maintain Lane.
Larry Thomas, of Columbus, was arrested on August 31 and charged with DUI / Speeding.
Donte Thomas, of Vidalia, was arrested on September 1 and charged with Possession of Controlled Substance / Theft of Services / Possession of Drug Related Objects / Theft by Taking / Criminal Trespass.
