Lady Eagles Fall To Johnson

The Montgomery County High School Lady Eagles softball team played just one game last week as they fell to Johnson County on Tuesday at home.

Johnson scored three run in the first inning and five more in the second as they took a big early lead, 8-0. Johnson added three more in the third and two in the fourth as they were on top 13-0.

MCHS did get a run in the bottom of the fourth inning on an RBI hit by Makayla Moore, but that was all they could do as they lost the game, 13-1.

This week MCHS hosted McIntosh County Academy on Tuesday after press time. They will host Hawkinsville on Thursday at 5:30 p.m.
