Operation Santa Paws Collects Supplies For Animal Shelter

mrandolphadvance@gmail.com

The community is currently working to collect supplies to help local animal shelters during the Christmas holidays through their Operation Santa Paws campaign, which will be held until December 22.

“As the holidays approach, many animals in shelters are still waiting for a loving home. You can help make their season brighter by donating to your local animal shelter,” Vidalia Police Chief James Jermon remarked. “Every little bit counts, whether it’s food, toys, blankets, or a monetary donation. Your generosity can provide comfort and care for animals in need.”

This supply drive is accepting donations of cleaning supplies, water buckets, paper towels, rubber chew toys, and chew bones for the animals. These items may be dropped off from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday through Friday at Fyzical Therapy & Balance Center, located at 401 East First Street in Vidalia.
