The Toombs County High School wrestling team celebrated Senior Night in style on January 3, 2025, during their final home duals of the season. In front of a supportive crowd, the Mat-Dawgs delivered commanding victories, defeating Savannah Country Day 75-12 and Swainsboro 69-10. The evening was a special one as 12 seniors were recognized for their dedication and contributions to the program over the past four years. These athletes have been instrumental in elevating the Bulldogs' success and have left an indelible mark on the program.

The 12 seniors honored were: Robert Bruce Agzigian, Anthony Ball, Jorge Herrera, Slade Landrum, Jericho Latoy, Jahir Lopez, Jesus Lucas, Dakota Malone, Zykorie Mason, Ethan Story, Dylan Vetter, and Dabyn Wadley.

This senior class holds a unique significance for Coach Allen, as they represent the first group he has coached for the entirety of their high school careers. Reflecting on the moment, Coach Allen said, “This group is very special to me. A lot of great kids that I have no doubt will go on to do tremendous things. I am proud of what they have accomplished, sacrificed, and offered me and this program over the past four years. Go do great things!”
