These are the reported arrests from the Toombs County Sheriff’s Office, the Vidalia and Lyons police departments, and the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office for the past week. Incidents are taken directly from police files. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
In Lyons…

In Toombs County…
• Christopher Byrd, of Lyons, was arrested on December 30 and charged with Theft by Shoplifting, Theft by Deception, Theft by Taking, TCDC-Out of County Hold-2 Counts.
• Demetrick Caldwell, of Dublin, was arrested on December 31 and charged with Court Production Order-CPO.
• Florencio Chavez, of Hazlehurst, was arrested on December 31 and charged with No Insurance, Windshield and Windshield Wipers, Operating Motor Vehicle Without Having Required Revalidation Decal Affixed to License Plate, Restricted Licenses.
• Charles Coleman, of Vidalia, was arrested on January 3 and charged with Affray, Probation Violation- Felony.
• Franklin Coleman, of Millen, was arrested on December 31 and charged with Probation Violation- Felony.
• Rafael Gonza-les Aleman, of Savannah, was arrested on January 1 and charged with Possession of Drug Related Objects; Registration and License of Motor Vehicles, Exceptions; DUI/Drugs/Less Safe; Open Container-Alcoholic Beverage-Passenger; No Insur-ance; Driving While Unlicensed.
• Terry Graham, of Lyons, was arrested on January 3 and charged with Simple Battery FVA, Failure to Appear-Misdemeanor.
• Iry Jernigan, of Vidalia, was arrested on December 30 and charged with Failure to Maintain Lane, DUI/Alcohol/Less Safe.
• Jesus Macuixtle, of Baxley, was arrested on January 1 and charged with Driving While Unlicensed.
• Noe Maldonado, of Hazlehurst, was arrested on January 4 and charged with Speeding in Excess of Maximum Limits, Driving While Unlicensed.
• David Oliver, of Vidalia, was arrested on December 30 and charged with Failure to Appear.
• Ashley Phillips, of Wadley, was arrested on January 3 and charged with Speeding in Excess of Maximum Limits, Driving While License Suspended or Revoked- Misd.
• Jayson Piquette, of Baxley, was arrested on January 4 and charged with Driving While License Suspended or Revoked- Misd.
• Steven Pittman, of Uvalda, was arrested on December 30 and charged with DUI/Drugs/Less Safe, Failure to Maintain Lane.
• Diego Prince, of Vidalia, was arrested on January 3 and charged with Possession of Marijuana < 1 oz, Stalking, Criminal Trespass.
• Aaron Rauton, of Vidalia, was arrested on January 1 and charged with Following Too Closely, Open Container-Alcoholic Beverage-Passenger, DUI/Alcohol/ Less Safe.
• Hector Saldana Rincon, of Lyons, was arrested on December 30 and charged with DUI/Alcohol/Less Safe, Driving While Unlicensed, Failure to Maintain Lane, TCDC-Immigration Hold.
• Ryan Shaw, of Vidalia, was arrested on January 3 and charged with Affray, TCDC-Out of County Hold.
• Levi Sikes, of Hahira, was arrested on January 3 and charged with Probation Violation-Felony.
• Jason Swain, of Lyons, was arrested on December 30 and charged with Battery.
• Kelly Titus, of Vidalia, was arrested on January 3 and charged with Probation Violation-Felony-2 Counts.
• William Waller, of Vidalia, was arrested on December 31 and charged with Criminal Trespass, Possession of Marijuana < 1 oz, Stalking, Probation Violation-Felony.
• Elijah White, of Vidalia, was arrested on January 4 and charged with Possession of Marijuana > 1 oz.
• Jesus Flores, of Lyons, was arrested on January 11 and charged with TCDCProbation Weekender.
• Sheree Sikes, of Vidalia, was arrested on January 9 and charged with Probation Violation-Felony.
• John Thompson, of Vidalia, was arrested on January 10 and charged with Burglary-1st Degree, Theft by Taking, Probation Violation-Misdemeanor.
