10th Annual Chick-fil-A Vidalia Road Race
Runners, walkers, and community supporters are invited to the 10th Annual Chick-fil-A Vidalia Road Race on Saturday, March 1, 2025. The event features 1-mile, 5K, or 10K distances for a fun, healthy event benefiting worthy causes. See the full schedule and information at DRC Sports.
The race proceeds will support three vital local ministries — Paul Anderson Youth Home, Vidalia Heritage Academy, and WinShape Camps for Communities — all dedicated to providing crucial support and opportunities for the faith, education, and personal growth of young people in Vidalia.
'Fitness and exercise are a cornerstone of our program and it is rewarding to see the community come together for healthy activities that directly support our mission,' said Glenda Anderson Leonard, co-founder of the Paul Anderson Youth Home. 'Our Vidalia community consistently supports this annual event, and we're grateful for their generosity and the support from our friends at Chick-fil-A.'
Britt McDade, owner and operator of Chick-fil-A Vidalia, added, 'This event showcases the strength of our community. We see recordbreaking participation each year, and it is so inspiring to see the support for these incredible organizations.'
