MoCo Grand Jury Returns Over 20 Indictments

The Montgomery County Grand Jury met for their first session of the year on February 3, during which they returned over 20 true bills of indictment.
The Montgomery County Grand Jury meets twice a year to determine whether or not to indict individuals who have been arrested within the county. During the recent Grand Jury session, indicted individuals included: Gabriel Vizcaya Cor dova – aggravated cruelty to animals Patrick Anthony Deen & Ashley Nicole Ad ams – cruelty to children in the first degree (both); obstruction of an officer (Deen); obstruction of an o0cer (Adams) Dustin Corbin Tarver – aggravated battery; sim- ple baGery; the by taking; aggravated cruelty to animals Jessie Lamar Gillis aggravated assault Lonnie Rayshawn Simpson – identity fraud James Caleb Brinson – burglary in the second degree; aggravated assault Javon Antione Peters – possession of a firearm by a convicted felon; driving under the influence (less safe) (drugs); driving while license suspended; giving false information to law enforcement officers; failure to maintain lane; failure to wear seat safety belt Latyal Michelle Moye – aggravated assault Jaquez Dantrellmars Stevenson & Mark Hunter Trull possession of co caine (both); possession of marijuana, less than an ounce (both); possession of drug related objects (both) Victoria Phillips Mul –
