COUNTY SIGNS MOU — Wheeler County Commissioners met March 21 to sign a memorandum of understanding launching a solar energy project off U.S. Highway 280. Alligator Creek Solar Farm is being installed by Heelstone Renewal Energy. The MOU was also signed by the Wheeler County Development Authority.
